My Consulting Approach

My consulting approach is one of flexibility.  This allows my clients to plug me into a project or situation in a manner that maximizes the value that they receive from my services.  Each engagement will be sized based on the client’s objectives and resources and a mutual agreement on how much of my time will be required.  I think of myself as an extension of my client’s organization, as a trusted, and periodic, business partner.
